DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\nFalse Kingdoms a solo exhibition presented by Kaye Ma
 ahs will be shown in the upstairs gallery space. Maahs’ practice is devo
 ted to the pursuit of painting. With the aid of photography\, she document
 s moments\, places and environments. Images are utilised as navigation pro
 ps for assistance when she paints.Maahs’ has held numerous solo exhibiti
 ons and has participated in multiple group shows nationally. Award. She ha
 s won many awards including the Thomas Dammann Junior Memorial Trust Award
  and the Hunt Museums Curator’s Choice award.\n\n\n\nPlease join us on t
 he evening of Thursday 21 August 2025\, 6-8pm\, opening remarks by Anne Ho
 dge\, National Gallery of Ireland and Katriona Gillespie\, manager of the
