Charlestown arts group in collaboration with St Attractas Ns present a group exhibition opening on the 21st of September at 7pm. The exhibition features a large printed piece created by the children of sixth class in the local school, where they explored printing and mark making. The paintings on exhibition feature work by both professional and amateur artists who meet on a weekly basis, to keep art alive in a small community. The exhibition opening is followed by a puppetry show entitled “Maggie” as Gaeilge at 7:30pm sharp by the well know artist Carmel Balfe. There will be poetry readings, competitions and refreshments served. Map
