In A Rainbow of Coalitions reflects on the period during lockdown, the impact of COVID-19 has had on society and how we collectively have responded during this time. Without doubt one of the more positive consequences to come from staying at home due to the pandemic is that it has inspired an outpouring of creativity with many young and old, professionals and amateurs turning to art to express themselves and to reflect upon our shared experience of life in lockdown. In A Rainbow of Coalitions aims to harness for the future this active participation and appreciation of art and creativity among the wider public, the MAC will present works, across a number of disciplines, by amateur, professional artists as well as work created by children. Exhibitors include; Rachel Owen & Emma Slade (Quarantine Quilt Project), Michael Hanna, Miguel Martin, Isobel Anderson, Paul Currie, Alex, Amelie and Evie Brighton, as well as contributions from the public who have responded to our call for Rainbow Art. Time: Wed – Sun, 10am – 4pm Click to pre-book your gallery ticket. Booking one ticket will allow access to all three MAC exhibitions. Map
