SUMMARY:In Place of Meaning | Group Exhibition at The Carnegie Library
DESCRIPTION:Opening 6th November at 6pm \n\nIn Place of Meaning is made up 
 of a collective of visual artists\, film makers and musicians that contrib
 ute to an exploration of how art can be\, not just what it can mean. Susan
  Sontag’s essay focuses on the idea that art is much more than just its 
 interpreted meanings. Focusing on the sensuous experience of the work\, al
 ongside its form is its value. For this exhibition we have a collection of
  artworks that function not only in a broader discourse but also exist in 
 the space as objects that engage deeply with the audience. \n\nOpen 7th-8t
