INCIDENT URBAIN | John Lalor Screening at Cinémathèque Française

Date(s) - 02/07/2020

John Lalor is delighted to announce his film INCIDENT URBAIN will be screened online for all to see at the Cinémathèque Française Thursday 2nd July in their ‘fourth’ imaginary salle de cinema uniquely entitled HENRI during COVID 19 lockdown.

André S. Labarthe accepted to play alongside french iconic actor/director Jean Francois Stevenin after years of searching on my part. This film was a long journey..

John Lalor is an Irish artist living in Paris for over 30 years. His work comprises paintings in multiples, scaled built models, published texts and film. For Lalor Paris is a place to live and learn, tracing the footsteps of Joyce, Beckett, Baudrillard, Godard, Buren… one long residence similar to an intense laboratory of artistic research.

Cinematography : Eric Gautier who literally produced made the film happen in 35mm and who has just finished The Eddy on Netflix
Editor : Legendary Guy Lecorne .
Composer : Chris White.
Sound Design : Nicolas

This film was funded by the Irish Arts Council. @artscouncilireland
