Exhibition Opening: Saturday December 15th from 6-9pm Living Amongst Us is an on-going collaboration between Illustrator Paul Duffy and Photographer Shay Murphy, documenting sightings of creatures and monsters, Shay takes the photo of the location sometimes moments after a sighting, and Paul recreates the sightings based on witnesses and local knowledge. Shay’s photographs are printed on canvas board (hence the gradient look) upon which Paul paints directly onto using acrylic paint. Some monsters are inspired from cryptozoology some from Paul’s head.
