DESCRIPTION:\n\n‘Lu’s Lanterns’ brings together black and white photo
 graphs of life in County Louth\, made by participants from Turas and displ
 ayed on handmade willow lanterns inspired by standing stones.\nJoin us to 
 celebrate the launch of this exhibition\, developed over six months of wor
 kshops facilitated by artist Julie Corcoran at Creative Spark Downtown Hub
 . Participants used 35mm film to photograph their daily lives\, then creat
 ed willow lanterns to illuminate and display their images.\nThis project i
 s funded by the Department of Culture\, Communications and Sport through t
 he Creative Ireland Programme and is facilitated by Louth County Council.
