The final year student body of The Belfast Art School MFA program present their graduate show HERE / NOT HERE online with a series of live tours until 4th June.
The twelve artists, aged between 23 and 40, from Northern Ireland, South Africa, Latvia and Greece will individually take viewers around their final year exhibition spaces via a laptop riding on a trolley, providing a unique viewer experience. The mobile virtual gallery is an art form in itself, created within the medium of lockdown. Book a live tour HERE.

“Due to coronavirus restrictions our exhibition will not be open to visitors, but will exist virtually. This was a tragedy for us as artists as we make work which is immersive and physical, very much designed to be experienced in person.
“We’ve had to work together as a collective in an intense way due to the increased complicated workload which comes from moving a group exhibition online. But we’ve stepped up to the mark, supported each other and are stronger for it, creating something very different to the traditional graduation exhibition experience, albeit in an intimate, decadent and weird way.” Susan Hughes.
