Online Exhibition | The Day-Crossing Farm: Live installation – Film streaming

The Day-Crossing Farm is a huge multi-sensory live art installation by visual artist Marie Brett located in a secret Cork City location, exploring issues of human trafficking, modern-day-slavery and drug farming.
Commissioned by Cork Midsummer Festival and created over a two-year period in dialogue with human justice, advocacy and support organisations, scholars, gardeners and persons with lived experience of trafficking and forced labour. This ambitious piece is produced in collaboration with filmmaker Linda Curtin, composer / sound designer Peter Power, and lighting designer Sarah Jane Shiels, and incorporates live music and performance, interactive sculpture, moving image, plant-life, sound and lighting.
A FILM STREAM runs from June 17-27th giving a sense of this big raw live installation event about modern-day trafficking, slavery and drug farming in Ireland.
