DESCRIPTION:The Faddan More Psalter\, a Medieval manuscript discovered in a
  bog in Tipperary\, is the source of inspiration for a new collaboration b
 etween Siobhan McDonald and composer Mel Mercier.\n\nThe first soundings f
 rom the project will be heard in words and music on 19 February at 6pm at 
 The LAB in a public event that features Siobhan McDonald\, Mel Mercier and
  John Gillis (conservator of the Faddan More Psalter) in a conversation mo
 derated by the curator\, Margarita Cappock.\n\nThe event will include a sh
 ort performance of a new work by Mel\, performed with singers Caoimh Ní F
 hlatharta and Fiona Kelleher\, and musicians Kelly Boyle and Kevin McNally
