SUMMARY:Sometimes you just want to……… | Ben Reilly at Townhall Arts C
 entre Gallery
DESCRIPTION:\n\nOfficial opening 7pm on Friday the 18th September 2026.\nA
Sculpture and Print Exhibition by Ben Reilly.\nAn armada of raft-like scul
ptures and swaying limbs glide through the Townhall Art Centre Gallery. Fl
oating raft-like islands are surrounded by angular\, tree-like sculptures
that sway overhead and reach towards the ceiling. These are accompanied by
etchings and individual cast-tin relics.Drawing\, research and observatio
n are at the core of the working methods behind this exhibition. Just as t
he practical process involves cutting\, shaping\, refitting\, chopping and
changing\, so too does the research that informs the sculptures\, etching
 s and casts.
