‘Still In Motion’ is an exhibition which intends to encourage the culture of DIY exhibitions and celebrate the talent of artists in Dublin who deserve as many opportunities to exhibit their work as possible. Taking place in, and in fitting with, the ethos of Unit 44 — a creative hub set up by Kirkos music ensemble to provide a space for experimental and contemporary music in the absence of affordable and suitable spaces around the city — Matthew Stickland has gathered together a group of ten visual artists to provide recent pieces of work to take part in the show. This is a show of 2D works of varying styles from the humorous and strikingly detailed works of Kevin Judge to the dynamic abstract pieces of Robyn Carey and the vigorous, surreal works of Liam Murray, as well as many more.
