DESCRIPTION:\n\nIn this exhibition Claire French explores how both form and
  surface of a vessel can embody a personal narrative and energy\, enabling
  exploration of human memory and experience. While the surface encompasses
  artistic expression\, it also acts as a canvas extending the narrative wi
 thin the form. Eroded\, scraped surfaces will metaphorically reflect how t
 ime wears down body and mind\, transforming alluring\, smooth textures int
 o dry\, skins that are not what they seem.
