DESCRIPTION:Ormston House presents 'Table Turning'\, a solo exhibition by S
 usan MacWilliam.\n\nSince 1997\, Susan MacWilliam has had an ongoing fasci
 nation with how humans have sought to document and quantify the spirit rea
 lm. She explores the study of psychic phenomena by drawing from printed ar
 chives\, scientific apparatus\, and interviews with experts.\n\nThis exhib
 ition of new work has emerged out of the cutting\, stitching\, and mouldin
 g of paper\, felt\, and clay. For MacWilliam\, "the realisation of ideas a
 nd objects in the studio" is akin to "the manifestations and materialisati
 ons of the séance room".\n\nOrmston House is open Wednesday to Saturday\,
  12–6pm.
