DESCRIPTION:\nVague Symptom Clinic considers Ireland’s legacies of coloni
 alism\, partition\, and state violence\, and their relationship to interge
 nerational trauma and inherited chronic illness. The title is taken from t
 he real-life NHS clinic that attempts to identify origins or causes of a r
 ange of indicators of disease\, including weight loss\, fatigue\, brain fo
 g and night sweats. Ó Dochartaigh makes sculptural installations with mat
 erials including blown glass\, silicone\, ice\, lard\, metal\, diagrammati
 c images\, sound recordings\, electronic components and medical tools made
  of ceramic\, marble\, and granite.\n
