“Grab your mobile phone or personal smart device and go explore SLEEPERTOWN”

SLEEPERTOWN is a mobile public art programme, curated by Richard Carr in association with OpenGorey. It consists of six diverse sound installations at the following locations in Gorey; Ramsfort Woods, Turas Nua, St. Michael’s Cemetery, Gorey Train Station, Market Square and The Circe Pavillion on the Avenue.

The work has been created by leading international practitioners such as Oscar Nominated Film Composer John Powell and can be experienced in Gorey until the end of March 2021. Following this, the programme will travel to Tullamore with the support of Offaly Co. Co., Creative Ireland, Museum of Everyone and the Arts Council of Ireland.
