DESCRIPTION:Exhibition continues from 30/05/26.\n\nPaul's work consists of 
 large-scale charcoal and soft pastel drawings that focus on the local rura
 l landscape. He approaches these subjects as individual presences\, creati
 ng oversized images that generate an almost 3D effect. the drawings are hi
 ghly physical and expressive.\nFarm animals\, along with the ever-eroding 
 trees and ditches- familiar yet often overlooked\, intimate yet utilitaria
 n- occupy a complex position within Irish culture. Charcoal is central to 
 the process. It's immediacy and fragility mirror the subjects' vulnerabili
 ty.
