The quiz will cover a range of subjects relating to the football club. All participants will win secret special prizes for their placement in the final leaderboard. Bonus points can be won for those dressed in their best Liverpool regalia.
Zoom invites for the quiz will be sent in advance to participants. There will be a short 15 minute break at 7:40pm. In order for CCA to send prizes, we will ask for a postal address. The quiz will be recorded and shared on CCA’s Facebook page after completion.
There are a limited number of spaces, so please sign up early to avoid disappointment.
Crossing the Park is a project where artist Michael Hanna attempts to stop supporting Everton Football Club and start supporting Liverpool Football Club. It is part of CCA Derry~Londonderry’s group exhibition URGENCIES (2021). The title comes from the pejorative phrase applied to players who have played for both Everton and Liverpool Football Clubs, as their home grounds in Liverpool are separated by Stanley Park. Historically, Northern Irish football fans, Michael included, choose an English team to support for life when they’re young. This is usually based on club success at the time rather than the more normal case of geographic connection. For more on Michael’s work and the show, click here.
