Facebook Faux Pas Workshop with Audiences NI, Belfast

25 January, 10am to 1pm

Through the Audiences NI digital survey with the arts sector in 2015, they found 94% of respondents used Facebook, but more than one quarter never used analytics. Half used social media daily, but 20% of these never check comments or respond to their followers.

This session shows you how to make sense of what you are doing on social media. And not just on Facebook – we will also look at Twitter and Instagram.

How often should you post? How do you boost Facebook posts or create an event? How do you update your Instagram to a business account? What do you mean there are stats and analytics?

This is a how-to session for organisations who know they should, but just don’t have the time. Learn how to work smarter. Understand what’s working and what’s not, so you can focus your time and energy to get better results.

Delivered by Andrew Moore, with a host of experience of delivering social media communications for arts organisations from Replay to Culture Night Belfast, NI Science Festival and Ulster Bank Belfast International Arts Festival.
