Experienced Collections Manager and Exhibitions Curator with significant national and international experience of curating and delivery of major exhibitions and cultural projects.
Current role with Dublin City Arts Office and previously Head of Collections and Deputy Director at Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane from 1999 to 2018. Current Chair of the Board of ICOM Ireland.

Developed and delivered projects/collaborations with international museums in Europe, Russia and Australia.

Career highlights capacity to develop strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders (artists, artists’ estates, foundations, local authorities, Government Departments, Office of Public Works, Embassies, Universities and Colleges of Art and Design.

Extensive experience of devising exhibition programmes and vibrant complementary education programmes and writing scholarly articles and essays for catalogues in Ireland and internationally in addition to a definitive publication on Francis Bacon’s Studio.
Delivered guest lectures, conference papers and contributed as a discussion panellist for a diverse range of audiences in Ireland, UK, Austria, Germany, Australia, Japan, Portugal and Italy.

Please do not over book as this will lead to delays for other artists and may result in other artists missing their chance to book when they are viewing.

A Get Together General Admission ticket is needed to attend Speed Curating and Specialist Clinics. If you do not book your General Admission ticket your Speed Curating and Clinic Bookings will not be valid.
