Curator’s Areas of Interest:
My remit as artistic director at STAC is to bring the very best of contemporary Irish art practices to Clonmel and the wider region here in the South East. Central to this is to advocate and support the ecology of art and culture in the area and to enhance engagement and opportunities for both art practitioners and audiences at a local and national level. I have a particular interest in lens based work, installation, research practices, and those practices that operate outside of a city-centric environment which respond to the context of the rural.
