Intro to Linocut Workshop with Jonathan Brennan at Belfast Print Workshop

Join artist/printmaker Jonathan Brennan for this one-day introduction to linocut where you will learn how to choose images suitable for linocut, work in negative and reverse, transfer your image, as well as how to carve, ink and print it using a spoon and the workshop’s 19th century relief press. Jonathan will provide information on all equipment used and tips on how to continue carving and printing linocuts at home.
