Communications is central in this work, from day-to-day dissemination of events and opportunities to highlighting the mission and values that are key to building strong relationships with affiliates and partners, working across many platforms and channels to build and sustain our audience with compelling and effective messages.

As Create embark on a new strategic phase, from 2019, this busy, varied and exciting role presents the successful candidate with an opportunity to make a real contribution to the organisation’s development and to its continued success in the coming years.

To develop Create’s communication activities as a core engine of strategy, disseminate its work across a diverse target group and realise significant audience development and advocacy for collaborative and socially engaged arts. The Communications and Publishing Manager will be a key member of the Create team and will work closely with other staff to ensure optimum visibility for the organisation, its programme of activities and projects delivered, in line with the organisation’s strategy.

Location: Create office, Dublin City Centre
The salary will be in the range €36,000 – €38,000 per annum with a 6-month probationary period.
