Cork Community Art Link seeks to employ a General Manager to manage the day-to-day running of the organisation from their base at the historic LIDO building in Blackpool, Cork City.
Cork Community Art Link is a community and participative arts organisation which has been working in Cork City for 25 years. Our programmes focus on street spectacle, public art and research-based projects. We believe in the importance of our communities, the need for access to the arts for all and the power of creative processes to bring people together.
The General Manager will have responsibility for devising, developing and implementing a comprehensive participatory and community-focused arts programme in line with the vision of the Artistic Director, and for the strategic development of Cork Community Art Link as outlined by its Strategic Plan. In addition, the successful candidate will manage the organisation’s general operations, programmes and communications. This role requires a capable, determined person who can be flexible with their time and who appreciates the importance of our communities and the power of the arts.

• HR and volunteer coordination.
Contract: Part-time 30 hours per week. 12 month contract with an option to renew (6 month probationary period).
