Dublin Castle will host a discursive roundable event between artists and art collecting bodies. This event coincides with The Crawford at the Castle: Three Centuries of Irish Art from a National Collection’ currently on view in Dublin Castle’s State Apartments and Coach House. This talk will be held in Dublin Castle’s Bedford Tower. It is a free event, but booking is essential. To reserve a place, please contact: DublinCastleEducation@opw.ie

The Crawford at the Castle: Three Centuries of Irish Art from a National Collection sees the collection of the Crawford Art Gallery travel to Dublin for the first time in its near 200-year history. A selection of 59 works of Irish art from the Crawford’s permanent collection will be exhibited in both the historic State Apartments and Coach House at Dublin Castle, establishing interesting resonance between the two institutions.
