Ormond Art Studios is delighted to be inviting applications for its 2019 Graduate Award. The Graduate Award will include a studio residency and peer mentoring in Ormond Art Studios for the month of September 2019 and will culminate in a solo exhibition in the Ormond Project Space.

– Up-to-date CV (2 pages max)
– Statement about your art practice, detailing themes, working methods and use of media (300 words max)
– Letter of interest outlining your interest in the Award and how you feel it will benefit your practice (300 words max)
– Examples of work: documentation in the form of images or Youtube/Vimeo link. Please include the following details: title, medium, date of work. (10 works max)
Ormond Art Studios is an artist-led, not-for-profit initiative located on Ormond Quay Lower in Dublin’s North City. It is a platform for emerging artists and supports the development of arts practice through affordable studio provision, critical discourse and space for events, residencies and exhibitions. Ormond Art Studio’s long running Graduate Award is dedicated to supporting graduate and emerging artists. It provides a platform for the artists can develop their practice and explore the ideas surrounding it and each artist is selected on merit of innovative ideas and work that embraces current contemporary ideas.
