NOTE: Some members are having issues when renewing using their Smart Phones. This varies depending on the type of phone. This may also occur when using computers, based on the Browser being used. If you have an issue then we recommend to first change to a Computer, and in the case of an issue on a Computer that you change Browser, ensuring that you are using an up to date copy of the Browser.
