PeakShow is an independent artist-led exhibitions project based in Limerick. First launched in October 2018, it has had 2 major Open Call exhibitions in Limerick city, showcasing the works of 49 artists over 2 venues. PeakShow now announces it’s third Open Call for artists, this time working with the Limerick Arts Office and featuring as part of Riverfest Weekend in Limerick City, May 2019.
Invitation to Apply:
Seeking artists/designers /collaborators of all disciplines, open to current students, recent graduates and local creative practitioners in Limerick. (including alumni of Limerick who may be based elsewhere in Ireland).
Details of Open Call:
Theme: For this exhibition, they are asking applicants to consider themes of water, the ebbs and flows of the River Shannon in any way, tidal motion, concepts of movement, fluidity or any personal relationship to the natural environment. Inter-disciplinary collaboration encouraged. We are also running a callout for curatorial/exhibition assistants, get in touch if you would like to be involved. PeakShow is a non-profit project.
Please note: No fee to apply. No artist fee to exhibit. All profit from work sold goes directly to the Artist.

Exhibition opens May 2nd, runs for 4 days over the festival weekend.
