Deadline Reminder | Royal Ulster Academy of Arts Annual Exhibition (Submission Fee)
Application deadline: Friday 5 July, 4pm.
Founded in 1879, the Royal Ulster Academy of Arts is the largest and longest established body of practicing visual artists in Northern Ireland. One of its founding principles was to hold an annual exhibition of work by both members and non–members of merit. Now in its 138th year, this event remains one of the highlights of the Northern Irish arts calendar. The 138th Annual Exhibition will run at the Ulster Museum, Belfast from 18th October 2019 to 5th January 2020. The Royal Ulster Academy welcomes submissions from emerging and established artists across the disciplines of the visual arts. Initial Submissions should be made online.

Maximum Artwork Entries: 3
First or Single Entry Price: £18
Up to 2 artworks: £35
Up to 3 artworks: £50
Over £7,000 in prize money will be awarded to some exhibiting artists.
Submission to the Academy’s 138th Annual Exhibition will include an online short–listing process. From these entries the 2019 Selection Panel will draw up a shortlist of works for delivery to the Academy. The Royal Ulster Academy’s 138th Annual Exhibition will be selected from these shortlisted works.
