glór, Ennis is delighted to invite submissions from artists for a Major Group Exhibition this autumn exhibition, entitled Smalltown Decline: Rural Patterns of Decay.
The exhibition will be held at glór and will open on Friday 18th October. The exhibition will run until early January 2020.
The exhibition will be selected by an independent curatorial panel and all decisions are final. Submissions will be accepted in digital format only. glór will not accept physical applications.
Selected Artists will receive a €100 contribution towards their costs and a curators’ award will also be awarded.
Artists working in the following media are encouraged to apply: painting, print, sculpture, drawing, photography, digital, ceramic/glass and textile. Artists are asked to submit work based on the theme of Smalltown Decline: Rural Patterns of Decay.
The exhibition is open to artists nationwide. More than one piece may be selected for exhibit from successful submissions.
