Open Tender | Digitisation and Cataloguing Assistant at IMMA

IMMA, The Irish Museum of Modern Art, seeks the services of a Digitisation & Cataloguing Assistant to assess IMMA’s current digital image archive, identify artworks in the Collection requiring photography and work alongside the Collections team to schedule photography and catalogue image files. The scheduling of this work will be directed by Collection Department staff.

This work will be delivered through a contract for services and any prospective candidates must be registered as a sole trader or company and be able to provide a tax clearance certificate. Tenderers will be invited to submit a daily rate for the delivery of this service which will include all travel, work and other related project expenses. The contractor will be required to provide invoices in respect of work completed.
