Painter Ann Quinn and printmaker Daniel Lipstein will be available in a one to one style tuition at all stages of the masterclass weekend, giving demonstrations in their own studios, collaborating with skills, specialities and the creative connection between the two disciplines, painting and printmaking.
It is a maximum of 4 participants for each weekend. They have a choice of focusing on both painting and printmaking disciplines or specialising in one area.
If you want to focus on printmaking, all materials will be provided including copper plates. You can also bring your favourite paper and inks.
The workshop experience includes vegetarian lunch, tea, coffee and refreshments.
The aim of the course is to learn the disciplines of oil painting, etching and printmaking and in some cases to end up with finished work.
