Progress Art Network Workshop with Scottish Artist Olivia Irvine

Are you an artist working with colour but not getting the results that you want? If so the next Progress Art workshop could really help you get a better understanding of how to use colour. The workshop tutor will be Scottish Artist Olivia Irvine. It will be on Saturday and Sunday 1st and 2nd of December in Gaelscoil de hÍde in Oranmore Co Galway from 11am to 4 pm each day. It will help you get a grasp of your palette and you will learn all about the colour wheel, colour mixing and more. The workshop is suitable for both beginner and more advanced artists.

Olivia Irvine has taught at the Edinburgh College of Art and Edinburgh University.She has given workshops in several countries and is a highly respected teacher. She has exhibited internationally and received numerous awards for her work. The workshop will focus on colour using colour compliments,harmony and neutrals and colour mixes. It will also focus on devising new work using colour.
