Young at Art is Northern Ireland’s leading children’s arts provider. The successful candidate will work as part of the staff team of Young at Art’s agency, Young at Art Events staff, reporting directly to the Programme Officer. S/he will undertake administration and operational duties for this small but busy social economy trading arm (approximate annual turnover £100,000).
The postholder will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of Young at Art Events. S/he will co-ordinate bookings, scheduling of artists, casual staff and volunteers, operational delivery of activity and general administration.
Location: Company offices (Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter)
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: £15,600-16,575 pro rata (based on experience)
Contract: This is a permanent part-time position. A probationary period will apply.
