Deadline: 24 April
Audiences NI (ANI) offers members of its team the chance to work in one of Northern Ireland’s most vibrant and growing sectors. The arts, culture and heritage sector in NI contributes to many areas of life including health, tourism, education, community development, regeneration and the economy.
We use appropriate ways to communicate the information and insight organisations need with an increasing emphasis on how digital technologies can help us to do that more effectively and efficiently. Our communication isn’t just one way – it’s a conversation with clients, partners, funders and stakeholders which allows ANI to react to change and support others to do the same.
ANI works with a sector which is passionate about what they do and is motivated by making a difference. That’s what ANI wants from its team too. The ANI culture is one of learning and development both internally, as investment in the team is a priority, and externally as ANI act to support the sector in strengthening skills, knowledge and capacity.
