If you are signed up to the VAI eBulletin you will see new opportunities for artists every week.
There are open calls for commissions, exhibitions, residencies and funding. There are also submissions you have to pay for, others that require a detailed application. Most require at least some of your resources and some are considerable undertakings.
There are also opportunities for self-initiated projects around every corner that are waiting for you to make happen, either on your own or with others.
It can be a daunting landscape to navigate and having a plan will help you meet deadlines, submit better proposals and make better decisions.
This workshop gives your practical advice on assessing how different opportunities might be right for you. This is an opportunity to share tips with your peers and learn how to make decisions that fit your own career plan.
