Submit your exhibition, event, online event, Artist Talk or conference for inclusion on the Visual Artists Ireland website and our eBulletin. The Exhibition & Events eBulletin is circulated on Sundays.
If submitting an Online Event please type “Online” as the location name.
When submitting a location, please allow time for the form to auto-complete as the venue may already be in our system. This will avoid duplications of venues.
eBulletin Banner Adverts
In addition to our free online listing service, we have recently created space to place a limited number of featured ads in our eBulletins. We can place a specifically designed banner ad for you in the eBulletin, in both Wednesday Jobs & Opps and Sunday Exhibitions & Events for an additional fee, based on the duration of the advertisement. Adverts must be relevant to our subscribers and may feature visual art opportunities, courses, exhibitions or events. To enquire about availability of Banner Ad space, please contact email@example.com
Visual Artists’ News Sheet (VAN) Adverts
The Visual Artists News Sheet is our 40 page tabloid newsprint publication (full colour). It is published six times a year. We print and distribute 5,000 copies of each issue and estimate a readership of at least 10,000 per issue. For more information on advertising in the VAN, rates and print deadlines, click here.
If your event has different opening times throughout or is closed on certain days, please click “All Day” and add the opening times, days closed and special opening times in the event description – “Details” section.
You may submit an image with your listing.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
To do so, upload the image that you would like to use. This should be an image for which you have permission for reproduction.
Images in landscape format work best, the ideal size is 501 x 272 pixels.
Images must be in .png .gif or .jpg format.
Images should be no bigger than 2MB.
Images in landscape format (instead of portrait format) work best for our website.
You can use an online image editor like CANVA to crop, scale and resize your images.
