Aoibhie McCarthy | Public Funding Opportunities for Artists
This session foregrounds a range of state funding schemes available to professional artists living and working in Ireland.
Aoibhie McCarthy is Artistic Director of Sample-Studios, a role she has held since 2020. She has previously held positions at Cork International Film Festival, Garter Lane Arts Centre, and Limerick City Gallery of Art. Aoibhie has been an assessment panellist for Culture Ireland, Create Ireland, and Limerick City and County Council. She currently serves on the Board of Uillinn: West Cork Arts Centre and is a Minding Creative Minds mentor.
