Description

Galway City Partnership and TASC are seeking EOI’s from artists for a community-engaged art project in Westside/Shantalla, part of the People’s Transition, exploring a fair, climate-just transition in GCC’s DZ.  Looking for artists with participatory/socially engaged practice; Galway-based or Westside-connected artists are especially encouraged, though the call is national. GCP and TASC will help the selected artist apply to the Arts Council’s Artist in the Community scheme (Rd 2). Submit a 500-word expression-of-interest via the link or the QR code in the image.

For more information and to apply, click here.

Artist Payment Policy
As a community development organisation we call for everyone to be paid a fair wage for their work. As such we comply with the Arts Council Paying the Artist policy. Additionally the project will be collaborative, so the budget with be designed collaboratively with the artist(s).
