Call for Participants: Connected Horizons Programme

Are you an artist based in Carlow, Down, Dublin, Longford, Louth or Westmeath? Join VAI’s Connected Horizons Programme to connect with fellow artists, receive constructive feedback, and engage with leading arts organisations.

Programme Overview

• Session 1:Organisations | Show & Tell (Monday 5th October, Online)
  Meet key arts organisations across Carlow, Down, Dublin, Longford, Louth and Westmeath and present your work in a rapid but supportive format.
• Session 2: Peer Clinic Sessions (Tuesday 20th October, Online)
  A structured, moderated online session solely for artists to share challenges, advice and in-depth feedback.
• Session 3: In-Person Clinics & Networking (Wednesday 4th November, VAI Dublin)
  Meet peers and facilitators for networking and one-on-one clinics. Limited places – first come, first served.

Event 1: Show & Tell with Organisations (Monday 5th October, Online)

This is the first event in this round of the Connected Horizons Programme, designed to connect artists acrossCarlow, Down, Dublin, Longford, Louth and Westmeath. This session introduces key arts organisations, offering insights into opportunities and support available. Artists will then have the chance to present their work in a supportive environment, receiving input from organisations and fellow participants.

Who Can Join?

• Artists in any discipline based in the six listed counties.
• If you would like to present at the show and tell – complete the section of the form to indicate your interest. There is an artists fee of €50 for those selected. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

NOTE: Once the five show and tells spaces have been filled, attendees will be notified but you can still enter your name for a waiting list to present work
