Communal areas and an outdoor space also provide opportunities for essential community time in-between the making.

Alongside our creative space, our restorative space offers nourishing practices like yoga to support the artist’s whole self and encourage creative flow. Our restorative space plays as vital a role as our creative space in ensuring artists can make their best, most exciting work. We also have a therapy room offering a range of holistic therapies.

As well as an insistence on inclusivity and openness, Segotia is driven by a deep respect for the local and creative communities, and the landscape and elements that surround the space.

Applications for our studios are warmly welcomed from all artistic disciplines, which will be selected based on their work, their need for a space and their keenness to engage with the Segotia community. Segotia are looking for original and distinctive creatives.

We are new space with a long-term vision for artists and pride ourselves on creating a community of studios with a cooperative and professional environment for the development of artistic and creative projects. To be eligible, applicants must be full-time practising creatives.

We welcome studio sharing. If you are a group, collective, or open to sharing a studio we’d love you to apply.

Initially we will be offering studios on a 1-year term, with a break clause of 30 days’ notice to leave. One month’s rent is required as a deposit. We aim to be as flexible as possible for our residents. We’re new, so we’re adapting and learning what’s best for the community and operations to make Segotia a sustainable, long-term space.
