Our very comprehensive and highly popular 2 days Bookbinding Weekend!

All Levels

Make 2 beautiful hardback books, each with a different sewing technique (for double pages and single pages) guided by an experienced bookbinder and teacher.
Workshop open to students of all levels interested in book creation & repairs, building presentations for 2D works, or even starting their own publication.

2 days = €135 Including materials & tea/ coffee – small group – contact us soon if interested as places are limited!

The Learning Garden, Arts & Crafts School is located in Killimor (near Portumna) in County Galway.
You can try Bookbinding, Creative Drawing, Painting & Illustration (suitable for comic book enthusiasts), Art History & Appreciation, Creative Zero-Waste Arts & Crafts, Beginners Creative hand sewing Projects, and much more…
Students travelling who wish to stay locally on Saturday evening can obtain a lovely room (breakfast included) at a local B&B for the special price of €110 for the night.
