Description
This 3-day workshop explores various techniques used to create realistic textures and colours found in leaves. There will be an emphasis on pencil line drawing, achieving form and gradual shading, watercolour brush techniques and preparing specific colour charts focusing on greens. Through demonstrations and feedback, Ida’s guidance will encourage participants to build enough confidence and knowledge to pursue their botanical journey depicting leaves in their own time and place. The course takes place in Artform modern seaside studio with 24hr access for each artist.
