Call for Organisations:

VAI is pleased to invite organisations to secure your networking and information table at Get Together 2025, Ireland’s annual networking event for visual artists, which will take place at TU Dublin School of Art & Design, Grangegorman, on Monday 8 September 2025.

The general thematic for this year’s event is Creativity, Sustainability and Climate Action in Contemporary Art. 

There will be Keynote Talks, Panel Discussions, Artists Speak, Speed Curating, Specialist Clinics and much more throughout the day, as well as the return of the VAI Café. The Café is a networking and information hub.

Benefits of Participation:

  • Prime Exposure: Put your work in the spotlight and gain maximum visibility among attendees, including artists, art workers, and other potential collaborators.
  • Strategic Networking: Forge valuable connections with your peers, partners, and prospective clients in a dynamic and interactive environment conducive to meaningful conversations and collaborations.

  • Customise: Personalise your networking table to reflect your work and captivate attendees with engaging displays, promotional materials, and the opportunity to engage face to face.

Price:

  • General Table Bookings – Price: €150
  • Table Booking – Artist Led Project or Organisation – Price: €60

This includes your dedicated table on the day and admission for two attendees from your organisation. A light lunch will also be provided.

Booking Guidelines:

  • We welcome bookings from a wide range of resource organisations, galleries, studios, colleges and materials suppliers from across the island of Ireland and beyond.
  • Completing the booking form does not guarantee inclusion in the Café. VAI retains the right not to select from the received bookings and will refund any booking fees paid in such instances.
