Ciara O Connell is CEO of Dunamaise Arts Centre and an arts leader, cultural strategist and creative producer working across festivals, theatre, music, arts centres and cultural development.
She has worked across Ireland and the UK, leading creative programmes, building partnerships and delivering projects with artists, communities, funders and stakeholders. At Dunamaise, she leads the organisation’s artistic, strategic and operational development, with a focus on regional collaboration, artist support, audience development and long-term sustainability.
Her work is focused on strengthening cultural infrastructure in the Midlands and creating accessible, high-quality arts experiences for artists, audiences and communities.
