Carrying the Silence | Veronica Buchanan at Fort Dundee

Event Details

Exhibition runs 10/10/26- 8/11/26.

In Carrying the Silence, Veronica Buchanan translates personal memories, quiet reflections, and emotional narratives into a striking visual journey. Rather than imposing a single rigid message, the exhibition creates a space where personal history and viewer interpretation gently overlap.

The creative process behind the collection is fluid, evolving alongside new findings, experiences, and feelings. Ideas shift as they are brought to life, allowing stories to merge into new, unforeseen meanings. While deeply personal to the artist, the finished pieces leave room for observers to discover their own narratives within the work, resulting in a body of art that is evocative, poignant, and deeply moving.
