Join us at the Tea Houses for a conversation with artist Máiréad Holohan and curator Rachel Botha as they discuss the current exhibition ‘A Closer Look’. They will explore the ideas, materials and processes that inform her practice and expand upon the artworks in situ.
Máiréad Holohan is an artist from Kilkenny and has a purpose-built studio on stilts on the side of the Blackstairs Mountains, looking at Brandon Hill across the Barrow Valley. She has an eco-practice and is deeply informed by her surroundings.
