Join us for an inspiring Artist Talk with Charles Tyrrell about his creative journey and work, including time for discussion and Q & A.

Tyrrell’s practice explores abstract, geometric forms with elements of the experienced world, combining drawing, print and painting on canvas and aluminium. Tyrell represented Ireland at the Paris Biennale in 1982. He has had solo exhibitions at the RHA; Project Arts Centre, Dublin, and the Butler Gallery, Kilkenny, and has had numerous exhibitions at the Taylor Galleries, Dublin.

Tyrell taught at the Dun Laoghaire School of Art from 1977 to 1981. He is a member of Aosdána.
