Event Details

Join artist Rónán Ó Raghallaigh for a free lunchtime talk exploring his practice, processes, and the themes of folklore, language, and identity that shape his work. Rónán Ó Raghallaigh is an artist and researcher based in Co Kildare. His practice encompasses painting, writing, performance and develops decolonial relationships with folklore, land, and language, engaging with suppressed histories, layered memory and hybrid identities.

He is currently exhibiting work at GOMA Waterford in Sanctum, a group show Curated by Anna Jeznach and Ciara Magee, the awardees of GOMA Waterford’s Emerging Curator Award 2026.
