This is a screening of a work-in-progress of a potential six-part TV series titled Crickets by visual artist Bea McMahon and a crew of collaborators; Deniz Buga, Artémise Ploegaerts, Nathan O’Donnell, and Díc Walsh, among others. Working in the genre of ‘cringe tragedy’ and improvising script, set, characters, costumes and direction on location in France and Ireland, this event marks an opportunity to delve behind the scenes and hear about the production process from the inside out.
